The frame, as the mounting base for all assemblies in an electric vehicle, functions much like the skeleton of the human body, cleverly connecting the motor, frame, and other components into an organic and complete whole, thus forming the electric vehicle we see every day.
The frame is a crucial connecting base for all systems in an electric vehicle, mainly composed of key components such as the main frame, rear swingarm, center stand, side stand, rear rack, and handlebars.
As the supporting structure of the electric vehicle, the frame must possess sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the mass of the various assemblies, the effective load, and the various forces and torques generated during operation. Simultaneously, it must be able to withstand various static and dynamic loads. The head tube of the frame, because it bears the greatest impact force, is typically made of Q235 seamless steel tubing with high yield strength.
